-What is a personal uniform?-
I would describe my “uniform” outfits as a collection of clothes that help me feel the most comfortable and true to myself. An outfit that makes me feel confident in my personal abilities, so much so, that I feel that I can go up to a anyone and spark up a conversation.
Clothes have the power to make you feel unstoppable, crafting an outfit that acts as your personal “uniform” can be incredibly empowering. It’s an outfit you can rely on for days when you’re not feeling inspired or creative enough to put together something unique. For those who don’t prioritize fashion, it’s a simple, easy-to-wear outfit that helps you feel your best and get through the day effortlessly.

Start by considering the items you reach for most often when getting dressed — whether it’s your favorite jeans, shoes, or a classic white t-shirt.
Next, think about your priorities when choosing clothes. Do you value comfort, or do you prefer more creative, artistic pieces? Consider what silhouettes flatter your body — do you tend to wear loose pants with a fitted top, or the other way around?
Write down these points and any others that might be helpful. Having everything in paper can make it easier when you start to visualize your uniform.
-The purpose of having a uniform-
Having a specific set of clothes you know work together and work for you - can make your life easier in many ways. Maybe you’re running late to a meeting, don’t know what to wear to a date or going out with friends.
Having a uniform doesn’t necessarily mean that you are wearing the same thing everyday. It can be an easy formula for saving time, money and effort.
